The National Association of Professional Environmentalists (NAPE) has released a baseline report on which interventions for its European Union-supported project are hinged. 

The two-year project (2022-2023) runs under the codename, “Deepening grassroots women rights, participation and economic livelihood opportunities in the era of expanding oil and gas extraction and the Covid-19 pandemic in Uganda”; The case of Hoima, Kikuube and Buliisa Districts.
