Communication and Publications

In the Amplifying Voices project NAPE works to give a voice to communities affected by oil so that they can represent their interests to the government, corporations, and other parties involved in oil extraction in their areas.

NAPE captures the voices of communities, especially women affected by oil development projects. We document and use publications as advocacy tools to influence decisions on developing the oil resource, documenting the developments of the oil extraction, and including and compensating affected communities. Communities also use these publications to help them demand for their rights.
